What is K4G Balance?

K4G Balance is our in-store currency, which can be used as a payment method to place an order at our site. K4G Balance is being store in K4G Wallet on your account.

K4G Balance allows you to:

• Receive instant refund directly to your K4G wallet
• Pay securely and quickly, without entering payment details each time
• Place orders without any additional payment fees
• It has no expiration date

How do I check my K4G Balance saldo?

The balance is stored in your K4G Wallet on your K4G account, and you can check its saldo:

• in the upper right corner of your account, next to the shopping cart

• in the "My Balance" tab on your K4G account

How can I pay using K4G Balance?

Using K4G Balance as a payment method is really simple. Just follow those short steps to make your first purchase:

• Log into your K4G account
  • If you are an unregistered customer, please create a K4G account
• Make sure your K4G account is registered with the same email address used for your previous orders or refunds
• Add the product you wish to buy to the shopping cart
• Go to Checkout
• Choose the "K4G Wallet" payment method
• Click "Order and Pay"

⚠️ Important:

• The chosen product cannot be more expensive than your current K4G Wallet saldo. The K4G Balance payment option will not appear at checkout in that case.
• Additionally, the currency has to be set to Euro (EUR) in order to use K4G Balance as a payment method.
• K4G Balance cannot be combined with another payment method in the same order. You can top up your balance by using K4G Coins.
• K4G Balance cannot be paid out to an external account. It can only be used for purchases made directly on the K4G website.

How can I top up my K4G Balance, and what are K4G Coins?

K4G Coins are our in-store currency which allows you to purchase any product from our website. They are especially helpful if:

• Your K4G Balance is not enough to complete an order
• You want to pay using multiple methods (by topping up with Coins)
• You want to have your funds to be available immediately

You can purchase K4G Coins through standard payment methods like PayPal or Credit/Debit cards.

1 K4G Coin = 1 Euro

How to buy and use K4G Coins?

K4G Coins are especially useful when you are just a few euros short and want to finalize an order without waiting for a bank transfer or refund. Follow those short steps to make your purchase:

• Go to the K4G Coins page
• Add the Coins to your cart
• Choose the amount of K4G Coins you want to purchase (up to 20 coins per one order)

• Choose your preferred payment method
• Click "Order and Pay"
• Once the order is complete, K4G Coins will be automatically converted into K4G Balance on your account

⚠️ Important:

If you have received a refund in K4G Balance, unlike bank transfers, such return is immediate. This means that the amount should be available in your K4G Wallet right after you obtained a confirmation from our Support Team that the funds have been added.

Make sure that the amount has not already been added by:

• verifying the saldo of your K4G Balance in the top-right corner of the website
• checking the Operations History on your K4G account. If the refund was added, you will see an "Order refund" operation associated with the Order ID and product for which the refund was done

Refund via the payment method used

While K4G Balance is the recommended option, you may still request a refund to your original payment method. However, please note that refunds to PayPal or a card can take up to 5 business days, starting from the day our Customer Service confirms the case was passed to our Accounting Department.

How to check the history of K4G Balance

To see all the balance operations done in your K4G Wallet, simply move to Operations History tab. You will be able to browse through all the operations that you did with your funds. You can also use multiple available filters by selecting "Show filters" to manage the operations more efficiently.
