I have an Unviewed Product
Unlike many other marketplaces, K4G allows you to easily cancel your order as long as the product details have not been viewed.
If you have a registered account, you can request a refund for past eligible orders. Simply navigate to the Orders section of your K4G account and select the purchase you wish to refund.

It will bring you to the order page, where you can refund the product straight to your K4G Wallet.
You can also do it at the product page right after the delivery is completed.
For your convenience, we offer an instant refund directly to your K4G balance, allowing you to use the funds right away for another purchase.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, that is certainly possible as well. Please note that this option requires contacting our Customer Support team and typically takes a few business days to process.

I have a Viewed Product
Unfortunately, once a product key has been viewed, it is considered used and can no longer be refunded. Please note that standard digital goods are exempt from the typical 14-day right of withdrawal once they have been accessed. However, if your product is defective or does not work as described, we can certainly still issue a refund after a quick investigation.
