How can I delete my K4G account?

Why stay with us?

• It is completely free to stay: Keeping your account costs nothing and allows you to access your purchased products at any time.
• Your balance will be lost: If you delete your account, any remaining funds in your K4G wallet will be permanently removed.
• This action is final: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once deleted, your account cannot be brought back.

My account is being charged monthly

If you are seeing monthly charges, it likely means you added a K4G VIP subscription during a past order, as a standard K4G account is completely free on its own.

To verify this, simply visit the VIP section of your account or click here.

If you have an active VIP membership and wish to cancel it, you can do so immediately by clicking "Deactivate K4G VIP" in the bottom right corner.

I want to delete the account

Currently, it is not possible to delete your account directly from your profile settings. If you wish to permanently close your account from our website, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will be happy to handle the process for you.
