Why have I been charged for the VIP Membership?

When it comes to the recent VIP charge, we would like to emphasize that the subscription has never been activated without your consent.

To activate the subscription, you had to purchase a product using our special VIP price seen at the product page. Kindly see where it's located on the screenshot below: (exemplary product)

As seen above, the "Buy with VIP" button has as well turned to golden upon your purchase, informing you of the selected VIP price.

How do I unsubscribe from K4G VIP?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can easily turn it off on your K4G account.

2. Move to the VIP tab.
3. Scroll the page and click on the Deactivate K4G VIP in the bottom right corner.
   
   

Once done, the VIP Subscription is completely cancelled, and you will not be charged for it ever again.
