My order is collecting. What does it mean?

After your purchase is complete, it is perfectly normal for your order to display a "Collecting" status for up to a few minutes. There is no need to worry—this simply means your product key is being actively assigned to your order. The system first reserves the key, and then it will appear on your order page.

My collecting takes too long

If your order remains in the "Collecting" status for more than 20 minutes, the supplier may have run out of stock. In this case, you can request an immediate refund to your store balance without needing to contact Customer Support. The funds will be added to your account instantly, allowing you to purchase the product from a different supplier without any extra waiting or fees.

I want a refund in money

A refund to your original payment method is also available, but this requires assistance from our Customer Support team. After a brief review, your request will be forwarded to our accounting department.

Please note: if you have already received an automatic refund to your store balance, you must not spend those funds; otherwise, your cash refund request will be canceled. Processing times for refunds to original payment methods typically take 1 to 7 business days. This timeframe depends entirely on your bank or payment provider, and we have no control over their processing speeds.
