I received the key, but I can't view it. How can I proceed?

All purchased keys are stored in the Library tab on your K4G account.

To view the key, simply press VIEW icon in the grey box - your code will then be displayed.

If after clicking on View Key, the code is not visible, it might be caused by some technical limitations related to the internet browse you are using. 

To work it out, try the following solutions:

  • turn off any Adblock you are using
  • clear cookies/cache from your internet browser
  • open the Library tab on a different internet browser

Still doesn't work
