On the recovery page, enter the email address associated with your K4G account and click "Send reset link". Our system will shortly send you an email titled "Forgot password?" containing a secure link to reset your password.
Open the email and click the "Reset my password" button or the provided link. You will be redirected back to the K4G website, where you can securely set up your new password.
After typing in your new password, simply click "Update password" and you're all set! You can now head back to the login page and access your account with your new details.
