What is the difference between ‘Available balance’, ‘Pending balance’, and ‘K4G Balance’?

• Available balance - an amount that can be paid out.
• Pending balance - an amount that remains pending. It will become an available balance after the review period.
• K4G Balance - an amount that can not be paid out. Can be used to pay for orders.
