Help CenterK4G Balance is our in-store currency that can be used as a payment method to place an order at our site. K4G Balance has also no expiration date and it can be combined with a discount code to lower the price of your purchase. K4G Balance cannot be paid out, however it can be turned to voucher, to combine it with other payment method.
How to check my K4G Balance saldo
The balance is stored in your K4G Wallet and you can check its saldo:
- in the upper right corner of your account
- in the My Balance tab on your K4G account
How to check the history of my balance
To see all the balance operations done in your K4G Wallet, simply move to Operations History tab . You will be able to browse through all the operations that you did with your funds. You can also use multiple available filters by clicking Show filters to manage the operations more efficiently.
How to change balance into a voucher
To convert your balance into a voucher, navigate to your profile, expand your wallet options, and open the "Exchange K4G balance" tab. Alternatively, you can simply click here.
Once on the exchange page, enter the amount you wish to convert and click "Exchange for a discount code".
Each voucher is valid for 60 days. It cannot be used to purchase K4G coins or gift cards, and the maximum cart value when using the voucher is €15. Refund in money after balance exchange is not available.
After completing these steps, you will receive your voucher. You can copy and use it immediately.
If you would like to use it later, you can always view all your vouchers in "My vouchers" tab.
There you will see the voucher itself, its expire date, amount of usages, value and status.
