There are four possible offer statuses on our platform:
- Active - these are your offers that are displayed on the platform and are available to purchase.
- Inactive - these are your expired offers which you can still reactivate in the ‘My Offers’ section.
- Sold - these are your offers that don’t contain any keys. You can still upload new ones and activate the offer in the ‘My Offers’ section.
- Denied - these are your offers that were blocked by our Product Management due to e.g. invalid stock, undelivered keys, or incorrect creation of the offers. The reason for the denial is always sent to your email address.
