I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, you can easily set a new one. 

Simply follow these steps:

• go to the Forgot password page
• enter the e-mail address associated with your K4G account 
• click "Send reset link"

You will now receive an e-mail entitled "Forgot password?"

Now simply click on the "Reset my password" button or on the reset link and you will be redirected to the K4G site where you will be able to set up a new password.

Once you set up your new password, click on the"Update password" button and... that's it! You can now log in using your new credentials.
