Help CenterRandom CD Keys are bundle offers where customers receive randomly selected titles from an approved stock list. All listed titles must comply with K4G requirements.
Product Structure
Random offers are divided into tiers:
- Great
- Elite
- Gold
- Platinum
Each tier may be listed in different quantity variants (x1, x3, x5, x10, x25, x50).
Basic Requirements
To list Random CD Keys, the following conditions must be met:
- A minimum of 25 different titles must be prepared for approval before listing.
- All titles must meet the minimum quality and retail price requirements assigned to their tier ( Metacritic score, Steam rating, minimum retail value).
- Stock must be properly randomized.
- Keys must not repeat for at least 3 consecutive sales (a customer purchasing multiple bundles must receive completely different titles).
- All publishers and developers must be verified against the list.
Refund Policy
If a bundle contains invalid keys, refunds are issued proportionally based on the number of affected keys.
Random products require prior verification before listing.
